Auf dem Weg zum See durch die Altstadt von Rust kamen wir an diesem Toreingang vorbei, der uns, getroffen von der Schönheit, zum Anhalten und Staunen veranlasste. Anderntags entdeckte ich, dass man auf http://www.allposters.at genau von diesem Toreingang ein Poster erwerben kann, siehe hier. Vergleicht man die Bilder, so bemerkt man, dass sich trotz gleichbleibender Stärke die Szenerie der Blumen und Pflanzen geändert hat. Offenbar tut es das jedes Jahr, denn auch auf meinem Foto vom letzten Jahr ist ein anderes Arrangement zu sehen. Der Maler mit dem blumigen Pinsel scheint seine helle Freude daran zu haben, dieses Ruster Hofbild immer wieder zu neuem Leben zu erwecken. Ihr oder ihm sei hiermit, unbekannterweise, der höchste Respekt gezollt.

On our way through the Old Town of Rust we went by this entrance, which attracted our attention with amazement. The other day, I found out that one can get hold of a poster at www.allposters.at depicting exactly the same scenery, see here. Comparing these pictures, one realizes that the arrangement of plants and flowers changed, not affecting the power of the image. Obviously, it changes every year, the arrangement was also different compared to the picture I took last year. It seems that the painter with the live flower brush is filled with joy, reinventing this beautiful picture of a yard in Rust again and again.
